Acupressure mat

The pain and suffering that comes to getting older is unbearable at times. I used to be able to put socks on standing up and also run the stairs 2 at a time with out missing a breath. Now at 40 I can not do both of those things with out sweating, panting and usually crying.

The accupressure mat helps with the aches and pains of everyday life. The matts have small circular plastic pieces that hold a number of small plastic teeth. These teeth act as the accupressure needles and are long enough to push into the points of the body but not so long that they brake the skin.
