The Round Ice Bath
For those of you that have your lives together. It seems that cold showers or ice baths are what make you superhuman.
Take a look at Wim Hoff. The guy can regulate his temperature and lives most of his life in an ice bath.
The health benefits are great. It soothes sore muscles, can boost your immune system. and can go towards training your body to handle stress.
The round ice bath is a 1 meter by 1 meter I’ve bath.
It’s made from spruce wood meaning it’s very durable with extreme temperatures. The inside is covered with food-grade polypropylene and is easy to clean and wipe down.
The stainless steel bands hold the bath together and there are wooden steps to enter and exit the bath. Also, a wooden lid comes with the bath to help maintain the temperature.
You can upgrade to a water pump and icebox. But if it’s just the bath you are looking for then this is an awesome choice.
